I Premiere I do the EXACT same procedure, I import the clip on the timeline, right click - > audio channels and I get 32(!) audio channels. The clips are shot within 2 minutes from eachother and NO settings were changed in camera. Good, I`ve always done so and never had a problem. The audio is split between the two people talking. This is what it´s supposed to happen, I remove channel 3 and 4 from the timeline since I don´t need them, and am left with 2 channels. I have shot an interview with 2 people on my Canon C70, when Import the files in Premiere and drag them to the timeline this happens: I hope someone can help me because I`m going C-R-A-A-A-A-A-Z-Y!
